1. Introduction
This Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how users may request the deletion of their PA360 account, what happens after a deletion request is submitted, how long account data is retained, and when information is permanently deleted.
This Policy should be read together with the PA360 Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Requesting Account Deletion
Primary account owners may request deletion of their PA360 account:
- Through the account settings within the PA360 platform, where this functionality is available; or
- By contacting support@pa360app.com.
For security purposes, PA360 may require verification of the account owner’s identity before processing a deletion request.
Only the primary account owner may request deletion of the primary account.
3. What Happens When an Account Is Deleted
Once an account deletion request is processed:
- The primary account will be deactivated.
- Access to PA360 will be removed.
- All Authorized Users associated with the account will also lose access.
- Any shared collaboration associated with the account will end.
- Active subscriptions will no longer renew. Subscription cancellations remain subject to the applicable billing terms set out in the PA360 Terms and Conditions.
Deletion of an account cannot be reversed after the applicable retention period has expired.
4. Data Retention
Following account deactivation, PA360 will retain account data for thirty (30) days to allow the account to be reactivated if requested by the primary account owner.
During this retention period:
- Access to the platform remains restricted.
- Account data will not be visible to users.
- The account may be restored upon successful reactivation, where permitted under the applicable subscription terms.
If the account is not reactivated within the 30-day retention period, personal information and user content will be permanently deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
5. Information That May Be Retained
Even after account deletion, PA360 may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
- Meet tax or accounting requirements.
- Resolve disputes.
- Prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Enforce our legal rights.
- Protect the security and integrity of PA360 and its users.
Such information will only be retained for as long as required for those purposes.
6. Permanent Deletion
Once permanent deletion has been completed:
- User content cannot be recovered.
- Uploaded documents, records, reminders, notes, assets, profiles, and other stored information will no longer be available.
- PA360 will be unable to restore deleted account data.
Users are encouraged to download or retain copies of any important information before requesting account deletion.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain information processed by third-party service providers (such as payment processors or app stores) may remain subject to their own retention periods and privacy policies.
PA360 does not control the data retention practices of independent third-party providers.
8. Changes to This Policy
PA360 may update this Account & Data Deletion Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices.
The updated version will be published on the PA360 website or platform with a revised effective date.
